So I had a mold test performed which came back positive, and had the cabinet replaced after sourcing the model (thanks reddit DIY!) and had another test done after.
The cabinet in the bathroom I found mold on one corner a few times and reported it to the office but it was never acted on. I reported this a f ew times and again had to hire a local professional to fix it and pay out of pocket. My shower had the knobs wrecked after reinstall by the water line people who came to replace our lines. So I called a local professional to fix it and paid out of pocket.
I called a few times to have it fixed but no one ever came. My toilet had a bolt break in the back and leak water. However getting anything fixed that's reported seems to be a major issue unless you catch a maintenance guy.
Maintenance guys are very friendly and helpful.
